Your body may need time to adjust to something better. Don’t sweat it. We’ve got you covered. Here's what to expect:
✓ While your body is adjusting, you may sweat more or smell differently for about 2 weeks, though some don't experience any adjustment period.
✓ To help the transition along, try using a charcoal or clay mask under your arms, or a mild acid-based toner.
✓ Be consistent. Reverting to antiperspirant makes it harder for your body to adjust.

This deodorant actually works, and is impressive for a natural deodorant. I've been using aluminum-free, natural deodorants for about 4-5 years now but it has been a consistent struggle with nothing actually coming out as a true winner. I've tried Native (reg and sensitive), Schmidt's (reg and sensitive), Dove 0%, Tom's Long Lasting, Lavanila (sport, regular scents, & probiotic), Secret Aluminum Free, Lone, Magsol, Crystal (stick version), Arm & Hammer Naturals, Each & Every, and Lume (I'm probably missing something but these are at least the ones I can remember lol). I have very sensitive skin (eczema) so all baking soda deodorants gave me rashes, some deodorants were too rough and crumbly, some too greasy or wet, or just plain didn't work. Those that did work for me were typically the baking soda deodorants, but again, over time I would develop terrible rashes and my arms would darken. For a long time I just put up with it and used the Arm & Hammer Naturals as this was the most effective for me without leaving my underarms wet, without having a rough texture, and without leaving a bunch of residue under my arms and clothes (it dries clear almost immediately). However, even then I was persisting through the pain for something that did not control wetness at all (like many natural deos) so I had to reapply it during my day, and lack of moisture control was making the rashes worse. I had heard about Lume so decided to try that, and that worked amazingly but still did not…
I wanted a clean brand with new fragrances. What I got, was way more than that. I love the way it feels on the pits. Smooth as if it's moisturizing them. The formula is just great and has held up very well for sweat and odor protection.
